BRIDAL MAKE UP & HAIR STYLING PACKAGES FOR WEDDINGS IN 2024 & 2025
Package A : Full Day (10 hours) 
- Makeup & hair styling for bride (max. 4 looks) by Kalam
- Constant touch up for the bride
- 10 hours can be separated into 2 sessions: Morning (2 hours) + Afternoon (8 hours) 
 
Package B : Half Day (8 hours)
- Makeup & hair styling for bride (max. 3 looks) by Kalam
- Constant touch up for the bride
- 8 hours can be separated into 2 sessions: Morning (2 hours)  + Afternoon (6 hours)
 
Package C : AM or PM Session (4 hours)
- Makeup & hair styling for bride (max. 2 looks) by Kalam
- Constant touch up for the bride 
- 4 hours CANNOT be divided into any sessions: Either Morning (4 hours) or Afternoon (4 hours)
 
Package D: 1 Application (2 hours) at Kalamakeup Studio or On Location 
- 1 application of makeup & hair styling for the bride by Kalam without touch up
- Suitable for wedding registration ceremony or pre wedding shoot
- Touch up is NOT included and for 1 touch up / change of look service after the first application, it will be an additional HKD2,080 plus all the transportation fee
 
Package E : Pre-wedding | Engagement Shoot (4 or 8 hours) 
- Makeup & hair styling for bride (max. 2 or 4 looks) by Kalam
- Constant touch up for bride
- 4 hours or 8 hours CANNOT be divided into any sessions: either Morning (4 or 8 hours) or Afternoon (4 or 8 hours)
 
Package F : Overseas Pre Wedding | Overseas Wedding (10 hours)  
- Makeup & hair styling for bride (max. 4 looks) by Kalam
- Constant touch up for bride
- All flight tickets, hotel accommodations, transportation, meals, visa fee or any expenses for the overseas wedding will be covered by the bride
 
Bridal trial : 2 Different Makeup & Hair styling looks (approximately 2 hours) - HKD2,280

- To secure the appointment for the trial, please transfer half of the trial fee (HKD1,140) to the following payment methods:

- FULL trial fee HKD2,280 will be WAIVED for Package A only if booking is confirmed on the trial day with payment of ½ package service fee as deposit
- HALF trial fee HKD1,140 with be WAIVED for Package B, C, E & F if booking is confirmed on the trial day with payment of ½ package service fee as deposit
 

For all Packages:

· Additional makeup & hair styling for mother, mom-in-law, maid of honor, bridesmaids or any relatives (in Hong Kong weddings):

  -HKD1,680 per person; HKD1,380 each for more than 4 people byKalamakeup Team

· Fake individual or full lashes will be provided 

· Cosmetics/skincare and hair products brands used: 

Addiction, ASEOP,Armani Beauty, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Benefits,CharlotteTilbury, Cléde PeauBeauté, Chaos, Hourglass, M.A.C.,Nars, NYX, Pat McGrath Labs, Tatcha, YSL, etc.

Terms & Conditions:
· Any booking of our makeup and hair styling service is by appointment only
· Hair wash is NOT included & provided; hair styling on clean dry hair
· Please come with bare face before the makeup application
· Deposit is non-refundable & any cancelation or change of booking date needs to have the following notice:
 
Within 1 month cancellation notice    
= 100 % FULL service fee
Within 3 months cancellation notice  
= 75% of service fee 
Over 3 months cancellation notice     
= 50% Deposit will be retained
· All transportation fare will be paid by the clients for all the makeup artists & transportation receipts (either via Uber or  taxi, ferry) will be provided after the service has been conducted
·HKD1,080 per makeup artist will be charged for the early arrival before and at 8 A.M.
·HKD 2,080 per makeup artist will be charged for the early arrival before and at 6 A.M.
· Any overtime is HKD1,080 per 30 minutes and HK1,680 per 60 minutes  
· Photos taken by Kalam or Kalamakeup team maybe used for updating our online portfolio and if you do not wish any of your photos on social media, please kindly let us know before hand
